Emeril Lagasse’s Rustic Rub Recipe:
| 4 | Tablespoon | Paprika | 
| 1 1/2 | Tablespoon | Cayenne Pepper | 
| 2 1/2 | Tablespoon | Freshly Ground Black Pepper | 
| 3 | Tablespoon | Garlic Powder | 
| 1 1/2 | Tablespoon | Onion Powder | 
| 3 | Tablespoon | Salt | 
| 1 1/4 | Tablespoon | Dried Oregano | 
| 1 1/4 | Tablespoon | Dried Thyme | 
Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
