How to make the perfect Egg Cream!
Just for starters an “Egg Cream” contains no cream or eggs. 😎
But it does have chocolate and milk!
Get a glass. I like this one.

Get some Chocolate Syrup. “Fox’s U-bet” is traditional, but Hershey’s is just as good!

Add 1/4 Cup of 2% milk and 1 Tablespoon of syrup to the glass.

Mix really well.

Fill up to the top with very fizzy, very cold seltzer. I like home made!
